My Favourite Sites

Here are some links to my favourite sites. Check them out sometime. They're all suitable for males and females.

1) www.neopets.com
Be a child ! This site is great ! You register for free and get your very own 'neopet'. These are little pets that you can play with, feed etc. You can create your own pretend shop, theme park and house. You can have up to four neopets, but they can get quite demanding. You buy things for your neopets with pretend money called neopoints. Rating 10/10.

2) www.launch.com
On this site you create your own radio station, where you choose the tunes. You can also watch music videos and get regular e-m@il updates on the music world. Launch also do exclusive interviews with all your favourite singers/bands, that you can listen to. You choose the music to suit your own personal tastes. Rating 7/10.

3) www.laughnet.net 
Very very funny site ! Not recommended for the younger web users but some is alright for them. Funny pictures and lists such as '50 things to do in a public toilet', and '100 things to say when ordering a pizza'. Something will be sure to get you laughing ! If you go on the rhymes and limericks page, there's over a hundred pages of funny stuff. Rating 10/10.

4) www.boltblue.com
If you want a FREE logo for your mobile phone, then look no further. You can register for free and they have a wide range of logos and ringtones. You can have up to two logos a day but you have to pay for ringtones. You can call for Blotblue Xtra and it costs about £3.00 but you get three ringtones out of it os it's not bad. Rating 8/10.

Wanna chat ? Then visit this site ! Whether you're old or young, male or female, gay or straight - you'll find a chatroom to suit you. No under 13's, though ! Remember :- NEVER give out your real name, phone number, street address or e-m@il address when you meet somebody in a chat room unless you know exactly who they are. Rating 9/10.

If you're looking for something or you've got a burning question, then just Ask Jeeves ! Jeeves is a computer butler who'll search the web to find you a suitable answer to your question. He gives you links to sites that will help you. Better than most other search sites but sometimes it gives you sites that are absolutely useless ! Rating 9/10.

7) www.lateescapes.com
This is the place to be if you're looking for a cheap holiday. And no, the hotels are not two-star chalets in Skegness for £25.00 a person, some of them are luxury cruises to the Caribbean for as little as only £1.00 a person ! It's an auction site for holidays. If you really want the holiday you've been bidding for, your best bet is to bid at the last minute. Go make a bid ! Rating 10/10.

A very well-known site for celebrity copycats. If you long for the gorgeous sweater worn by Jennifer Aniston in Series 6 of Friends, the same webcam as the one used in American Pie or if you want an exact replica of the TV favourite, Bagpuss, then you can buy exactly these things ! Not the real sweater of course, but a copy exactly like it, for a fraction of the cost ! Rating 9/10.

If you want wild hair streaks but you're afraid it'll all go terribly wrong or you might not like them, then get fake ones. And no, they don't look as dodgy or as fake as Suzanne Shaw's hair extensions. You can get them in a range of natural colours from white to black, and in wild colours, such as red, blue, purple, green etc. Rating 9/10 !

Very funny songs. The clever people who run this website have made their own versions of songs such as 'Chestnuts roasting on an open fire', which has been changed to 'Chipmunks roasting on an open fire' ! Also 'Oops I farted again' by Britney Spears, and 'Love your breasts the way they are', by Billy Joel. You can also buy the new versions of these songs ! Rating 10/10 !

There's everything you could want here. Games, agony aunt, embarrassing moments and much more. Definitely a site worth visiting ! Celebrity gossip galore and quizzes for just about anything and everything ! It's like an online magazine except it's free. There's also a love calculator to find out how compatible you are with your crush. Rating 10/10 !

13) www.myringtones.net
If you have a Nokia or Siemens with 'Composer', and you want a FREE ringtone, visit this site. You will find notes to hundreds of songs and you just put the notes into your mobile and you've got a new ringtone ! They have everything from A1, Destiny's Child and Eminem, to oldies like The Beatles, Bon Jovi and Elton John. Also, themes like Dallas and Eastenders It's great ! Rating 10/10 !

If you don't mind bad language and find blowing up microwaves with cartoon hamsters in them funny, then you'll love this site. Have a look - there's loads and it'll get you laughing sooner or later ! My favourite's Lump the no-legged dog ! If you're an animal lover I'd stay away from this site if I were you. They're adding new ones all the time. Rating 8/10 !

Loads and loads of really funny jokes. They're all categorised so you can easily find what you're looking for to suit your sense of humour. I haven't found any dodgy or ancient jokes on it so far. I recommend the 'Dear John' joke. If you get it then you'll be disgusted but it's really funny ! Loads to tell to your mates. Rating 9/10 !

If you think you have a normal accent, just choose one of the translators on this site (take your pick out of Ali G, Yorkshire, Brummie, Cockney Rhyming Slang, Scouse, Geordie, Scottie or Jolly Well Spoken), and change it. Just type what you want to say in the box and it changes it all for you. It's a great site. Go and see for yourself. Rating 9/10.

If you have strong Christian religious beliefs, don't bother visiting this site because you'd only feel insulted. For the rest of us it's really funny. There's a Jesus on a cross in the middle of the screen and there's loads of clothes to dress him in. From farmer to policeman, Jesus is always well-dressed. Or just mix and match. Rating 8/10.

From this site you can download your very own little Bonzi Buddy. Bonzi is a little purple gorilla and whenever you want him, just click on the bonzi icon and he'll swing onto your screen. He sings songs, tells jokes and amazing facts and lots of other great stuff. You can even tell him what to say and he bargain hunts to find you the best deals on the internet. Rating 10/10.

If you went on holiday and tasted some sweets there that were gorgeous but you can't seem to find them over here, then look no further. You can order foreign sweets or candy from around the world. Postage and packaging is free. There's some really weird stuff you've never seen before on cyber candy website. Rating 9/10.

If you want to get to know yourself better, then take a look at this. There's loads of quizzes including an unintelligence test (aka. Helen from Big Brother test), a stress test, a gay test, to indentify your real sexuality if you're feeling a little confused, and many more tests, which all have amusing answers. If you're at all interested in finding out exactly which date you're supposed to be dying on, then visit the one, the only 'deathclock'. You simply enter your date of birth, your outlook on life and your gender and it calculates how long your gonna live. Provides hours of amusement but it's not true or scientific or anything, just a bit of fun, really. Rating 8/10.

Whether you have a real piercing or are looking for a believable fake one, then visit Body Jewelry (an obvious title). It has anything and everything, such as banana bars (for navel piercings), earrings and ear cuffs, eyebrow bars, tongue studs, nose studs and even nipple rings, retainers and belly shields. Some are fairly expensive but they're having a sale right now. Rating 10/10.

Your Interests Only is exactly what this site is. It has a wide variety of different sites that you might be interested in. Anything and everything - you're bound to find something you'll like very much on here and I recommend you bookmark this site because they change their list of great sites every so often so keep checking back. Rating 10/10.

An interesting site, but don't bother visiting it if you're feeling at all sick. If you're feeling a bit evil or you just think someone's really ugly, you can post their picture on the site for others to look at. You know, if you're low on your confidence, visit this site because a lot of the people on there will make you think you're absolutely gorgeous - honestly ! Rating 8/10.

If you want some snazzy contact lenses or just normal ones then look no further. You can buy cleaning solution for your contacts too. They do all sorts of contacts so there's loads and loads to choose from. The party ones are about £30, which is cheaper than a lot of other places, where they sell for about £75. This is where Stuart from Big Brother got his contacts. Rating 9/10.

It's especially for when you're bored (obviously !) and need some entertainment without having to revert to pornography. It's mainly a very long list of sites but you'll love 'em ! They've got everything from movie scripts and quizzes to jokes and virtual bubble-wrap ! Absolutely crazy but great fun ! Rating 10/10.

The site of someone I know. It's still under construction, but he says it'll be really good when it's finished - I suppose that's for you to judge. It's an internet company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire but I don't actually know what the company is for so I can't tell you. Rating (yet to be decided).

Bubble ! Bubble ! Bubble ! This is Bubble's site (from Big Brother)  and it is fantastic. I've made loads of friends on there and it has message boards on there where you can chat. There isn't a chatroom, though because it would cost Bubble a lot of money to put one up. If you're lucky then sometimes you might get to chat with Bubble himself if he comes on for a bit. Rating 10/10.

This is a site made by my friend Kevin who is a big fan of William from Pop Idol (www.itv.co.uk/popidol) and he backed him all the way. There's all sorts on that site but it's not quite finished yet, but very good as it is. Whether you're a William fan or not, you've got to admit Kevin's done a good job. Go and sign his questbook. Rating 8/10.

This is an excellent site and very amusing. You can download funny moving e-cards to send to your friends, and little desktop pals, a bit like Bonzi buddy. They're really great and also very quick to download as well, which is always a bonus. It's especially fun when you get all your little desktop pals going at one time ! Rating 10/10.

William Young, Pop Idol winner's official site. It is the first place you should go if you're looking for all the latest news on Will and his work. And what's more, you can even listen to his songs on the site if you have Windows Media Player, I'm not sure if it works on the others. Even if you preferred Gareth, give him a chance and visit his site. Rating 8/10.

Dream world for any devoted Brian Dowling (BB2001) fan, there's pictures galore, gossip and all the latest on Brian. If you register you can also use the chat rooms and message boards and chat to other Big Brother fans. It also has some stuff on some of the other contestants and backgrounds you can download etc. Rating 10/10.

Since So Graham Norton is one of my favourite TV programmes in the world, I just have to recommend the website. There are competitions every week I think, you can watch favourite clips on the show, read Graham's photo diary, visit Graham's top ten websites for the week and loads more. Rating 9/10.

35) www.joshandpecs.com 
Josh from Big Brother's official site, very similar to Bubble's. The message boards have a very homely atmosphere actually, and there is a Josh & Pecs chatroom, and Josh pops in from time to time. There's also extra information, such as Josh's Journal, where you can find out what he's doing etc. and more. The lovely Josh comes on when he can as well. Rating 10/10.
